I’d give 3.5 stars if I could. But it’s just not quite a 4 star … yet. Right from the start I could see that the grill didn’t have the same build quality as the Charbroil (Commercial series) stainless steel grill that was sitting alongside of it waiting to be hauled to the scrap yard. The Charbroil lasted me 11 years of constant use and still looked great — on the outside. Unfortunately the inner box had deteriorated. I want to start off by saying the grill cooks perfectly, that’s the only good thing about this s review. Although the box showed no signs of damage the housing was bent in multiple place, not enough to look damaged but enough to cause assembly issues. The side burner shelf would not attach because the threaded mounting plate was not properly installed / welded and had broken free and was laying inside the grille housing.
