This is the real deal. Thermostatically controlled! Works like a charm! Can you say restaurant food at home? She has a 3/8 inch steel plate for extremely precise and consistent heat. The 1500 watts is more than enough to cook anything you could possibly dream up. I set her at around 380 and thats more than enough to cook everything from home fries to T-bone’s.
