Second time I’ve purchased this one, left my first one in another kitchen and loved it so much I had to buy another. I work in commercial kitchens and use this almost everyday for one thing or another. It has the temperatures for certain proteins on the label so it helps if I have someone that needs to use it and might be unaware of the proper temps. It also has the nice feature of turning on when you open the actual device, and turns off after you close it. That in itself is worth it to me…
