I bought this item to use in preparing pancakes, scrambled eggs, and sausage at fundraiser breakfasts for our organization. It works great and meets expectations. I like it so well that we are planning on buying another for use at our home. I really like the way it breaks down for easy cleaning of the grill, grease pan, and base.The only thing that I might say is objectionable is the glass cover.
