Great, if you know what you’re doing! Great little smoker. Lowest setting on regulator holds at 250 if you have a pan of liquid on the bottom rack. Speaking of which, i either always do that or smoke with stuff in disposable aluminum pans because the included water pan is ridiculously small, as is the wood chip tray. I bought a 12″ pellet tube and sit that on the bottom next to the burner. If you’re an experienced pitmaster you know that you have to tweak all smokers to get them to perform according to your wishes, so these…
