Great BBQ light and useful around the house too This is a great BBQ light. I attached a small metal plate to my Weber Performer grill table which holds the light stable due to the strong magnet in the base. While the light has a slight cast to it, I find the color representation more than adequate for determining how my cooking is progressing. Now I want one! I bought this light for an extended-family Christmas swap. We all grill and my thinking was that this would solve the light problem when grilling at night. Update: I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. I have had this over 2 1/2 yrs and it’s still going strong. Had to change batteries only once, but no big deal. It takes three C or D batteries (can’t remember which off the top of my head works great on my barbecue grill.Great, strong light.
