Does the job but not heavy duty We used this cooker twice, once for a seafood boil and another time for deep fried chicken. I gave it four star for the following reasons:1-The aluminum is very thin and easily dented.2-The deep fryer baskets have flimsy handles.3-Should of offered a larger single deep basket instead of two small baskets which only reduce the ability to cook more food at a time.Some folks had issues with the annoying automatic timer. GREAT FRYER!!! Amazon is a great company, which thankfully, accepted this not-so-good product back. The concept and attachments are displayed in a manner that reads as though it is versatile and viable for outdoor cooking. When in fact, the pan itself is very thin metal which will bend very easily.
