This grill features a total of 60,000 BTU’s and a large 509 square inch cooking surface. Ceramic briquette flame tamers ensure the heat is evenly dispersed throughout the grill creating an optimal cooking environment. One heavy duty cast stainless steel H-shaped burners, and one infrared burner provide unprecendented grilling versatility. Also, includes a 10,000 BTU rotisserie burner, and a rotisserie kit with everything needed for a great grilling experience. A large 183 square inch warming rack provides more than enough room for anything you need to pull off the grill early. All EdgeStar grills feature durable piezo ignition systems. A built-in analog thermometer makes it easy to monitor temperatures inside the grill. Intense interal halogen bulbs provide ample light across the grill surface for low light grilling situations, and beautiful blue LED lights illuminate the stainless steel control knobs.
