My Favorite New Toy I bought this this for our NYE Camping trip at Fisheating Creek Florida, much to my husband’s dismay. I also ordered the carrying case for it and that made transporting it really easy. We were a party of 14. Thanks to this stove, not only did we eat well, we ate better than at home. Perfect for canning! I bought and used this for canning my tomatoes and making salsa. I was concerned that my kitchen electric flat top was taking a beating so after some research I decided to use gas. The 3 burners worked perfectly! One for the salsa, one for canning and one to keep the lids warm. I set it up in my shop so I had plenty of ventilation. Canning with a flame is so much easier than with an electric burner.
