Great for those summer crawfish boil! I bought the 60-Quart version in 2014 and it’s still going strong. My family have used this pot every summer for multiple crawfish boil. You really do need a big pot to do large quantity of crawfish. We normally order anywhere from 30-50 lbs each time. A few batches is needed to cook all of it but with every cooked batches, it gets tastier/spicier. This pot is HUGE (60-qt) but lightweight (without liquid, of course). Just so you’re aware… The bottom of pot is convex/domed, not flat. I would have bought something else if I’d known that the bottom of this pot is “domed,” not flat. This isn’t a defect, it’s a design feature. I will need to modify the pot in order to suit my needs, but if you’re using the pot as intended, outdoors, on top of a propane burner or whatnot, this shouldn’t be a problem. I returned this product. It was advertised as commercial strength aluminum. The listed product weight was 15 pounds, which seemed OK for massiveness, but it’s actual weight without strainer is only about four and a half pounds, because it’s thickness is only about a millimeter. Every stockpot I’ve ever seen in any commercial kitchen has been more like five to eight millimeters thick, for one this size particularly. It’s about seven and a half pounds with the strainer.
