Missing Part / Broken Part This smoker showed up to me missing one of the rails that hold the racks in place. The first time I used it, the handle for one of the smoke dampers fell right off in my hand.So why 5 stars? Works great for occasional user! This product works as billed. Stainless steel grates are into their third season and still look brand new. No signs of rust, but I do keep it covered most of the time. The only issue is that there are times when it will not reach the desired temp (220-240 degrees) when it is cold outside. I do have some suggestions for you:1. In photo 1 see a simple addition I made to add liquid to the liquid holding tray while cooking. This is so you do not have to open the door to add liquid while…
