Good design, poor quality This is my second Bradley smoker, my first being the digital model. I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with these smokers. Pros: they make a terrific amount of smoke with very little tending to them and produce a wonderful smoked whatever you are making. Cons: it is a great design but poorly executed. The digital model had the smoke unit go out early on, it was replaced under warranty. That one also went through heating elements like there was no tomorrow and finally caught fire…
Easy Smoking, Great Flavor I’ve smoked meats on just about every type of smoker you can imagine and nothing is as easy as the Bradley I bought last winter. The pucks move automatically every 20 minutes so it’s extremely easy to time how long you apply smoke to your meats.
