It works Its either this or get a new smoker, no choice really regardless of any reviews. The ends of the heater bar don’t get red like the center does but not sure if the old one ever did either, never looked. After one hour on max heat it does not get the smoker over 290 on a 85 degree day in the shade but have never needed to smoke over 275, not sure if the old bar did any better. Cant give it 5 stars because like all Amazon packaging as of late was lazy. It was shipped in a bubble wrapped…
