Requires custom mounting for older models This shelf is only made for the newest version of Traeger smokers. It only comes with the hardware to fit those grills. However, it is the right width for the older Texas model smokers. In order to attach it you have to drill holes in the smoker. I used 1/4″ stainless steel hardware to attach the brackets to my smoker. I took one star off because they should include hardware to fit both models of smoker.
