We held it unopened for a birthday party which was beyond the acceptable return period (30) Days) We could not return it. As it turned out, there were no nuts to complete the assembly and our birthday girl had to call Meco for assistance to send the missing parts. In addition,there were no wood chunks as a starter as advertised. The package looked like it might have been sold to another customer and returned.My absolute worst Amazon…
The PERFECT home smoker!! I received this smoker today, that I ordered last weekend. I purchased one that had been repackaged for $149.99 from Amazon Warehouse Sales.This is the second electric water smoker I’ve purchased – the first was an orange enameled one as a gift for my youngest son back in 2008. This one was easier to assemble and all of the parts fit nicely together. I read a couple of reviews that complained about excess smoke loss around the doors – the reality is, this smoker may be too well…
