The first thing I made was French fries and wow were they good! These are the steps:1. Cut French fries into Desired length (I cut mine about 1/4 inch straws)2. Soak in water with a touch of salt for 20 minutes3. Dry on paper towel for 5 minutes4.fry until golden brown5. Drain those delicious fries and seasonEasy cleanup and easily stored. I only use 1 bottle of canola oil/32oz this is a small basket…makes about 2-3 handful of fries,or 4 chicken patties,perfect! every saturday is my day to make dinner…sometimes hotdogs,sometimes hamburgers,sometimes steaks…and always I want fries with that!
