Includes a programmable meat probe for monitoring internal temp of meat & vegetables. Our redesigned Wrap-Around lower element allows users to increase smoke, but also decrease smoking temperatures. Operating temperature range is 100 400 the high setting also allows users to bake pizza, Cookies & vegetables.
