All in all a great little product. Yesterday we used lump charcoal and seared 2 steaks, 3/4 lb each, 2 ears of corn and mushrooms and onions. We put the corn on the warming rack and onions and shrooms on a small grill pan on the main rack with the steaks. No flare -ups because we could so easily control the are vents.
