Fast cooking, and easy to clean if you know how I’m enjoying cooking on this grill. It’s big enough to fit four servings of whatever you’re making, and it cooks meat super fast because it’s being heated from both above and below. So far I’ve tried chicken tenderloins, portabella and swiss hamburgers, and beef chuck. I also tried some thick potato and onion slices.
