Better than. A cookbook, and it’s free. This app is an education in grilling ! I’ve thought I was pretty good with a grill and tongs but it turns out I know next to nothing about serious grilling. I learned more about cooking on my new Weber Grill than I’d learned in all those years before. I’ve prepared several meals, using this app, and all were outstanding. There’s a guide for cooking any kind of meat and the tips just make it so easy to get perfect meats done to perfection. I recommend this to everyone that wants to improve…
