The result was an awesome meal! We didn’t share the same experience. We purchased this grill about 2 weeks ago and immediately compared the temperatures to another thermometer. On the lowest setting for both burners, the grill, without the shelves, reached 350 degress and 325 on the elevated rack in the back. I set the burners on the lowest setting and used a covered enameled Lodge pot to cook 4 chicken thighs and several different kinds of vegetables in olive oil and some water.
