Missing Part / Broken Part This smoker showed up to me missing one of the rails that hold the racks in place. The first time I used it, the handle for one of the smoke dampers fell right off in my hand.So why 5 stars? My husband loves this! He has used it 4 times in the month since he got it. He has smoked 2 Boston butts, a chicken, a turkey, a turkey breast, and country style pork ribs. They all came out great. He had a little trouble maintaining the temperature when the ambient temperature was in the low 20s and there was a strong wind. He put up a wind break and the problem was solved. Despite keeping it covered when not in use, there is some bubbling in the paint. He has had that happen with every…
