It brought 8 gallons of 55-degree water up to 170 degrees in about 20 minutes. Holy cats be careful… Yes this thing is crazy powerful. My fiance used this to convert a turkey fryer and ran a line out from our house gas. We used it to boil down maple sap from our trees to make maple syrup. The first time, he fell asleep on the couch. When I walked to the other end of the house I could smell burning sugar (a horrid smell) and ran outside. It had carbonized the syrup and burnt out the bottom of the pan.
