Bayou Classic 1140 Stainless 10-Gallon Steam Boil Stockpot with Spigot Basket and Vented Lid
This Bayou Classic stainless steel 40 quart stockpot has features for cooks and brewers. The 20 gauge stainless steel provides a solid surrounding for boiling and steaming. The pot features stamped calibration marks along the side of the pot in gallons and quarts and it has a stainless 1/2 inch ball valve spigot. It also come with a stainless basket for steaming your favorite foods along with a stainless vented lid.
Makes a great Multi-use pot for frying, boiling, and brewing Mine arrived with steam basket and spigot. Installation was a breeze. Be careful though, as the nut used on the interior of the pot to install the spigot should not be scraped. The nut has some kind of anti-rust coating….what it is, I am not sure of. But I scraped mine with a tool while installing, and now it tries to rust in that small little spot. So I took the spigot apart and replaced the nut, so life it good there.
