Smoke Hollow model # 44241G2 vertical Propane gas smoker. The 44-inch double door cabinet offers the most cooking capacity of any Smoke Hollow Smoker. Our 44-inch smoker has a two door system that allows the user to feed the water and wood pans without having to open the top door and releasing heat and smoke. Making it easier to control internal heat and moisture. It also features a dual burner system. The two stainless steel inline burners that are separately controlled. The dual gas control system gives the user ultimate control and also increases the low to high temperature range.

Happy for the Money Spent I received it in good condition. It was packaged very well. Assembly was straight forward. I have a couple of items that the manufacturer will replace for me; I have already been in contact with them via email. The fire box door isn’t quite right, and the flame control panel is a bit warped. I believe them both to be a build quality thing, but really not of much concern. As you can see, I built a dolly to move it around. It’s awkward to move by yourself. I’ve learned through my first 12 hour…
OK to Good smoker but no door seal makes it feel kind of cheap Takes about 1 1/2 to assemble. Its kind of heavy (not saying that is good or bad) so plan on having someone help move it. On the negative side, it does not come with an insulation strip for the door. Consequently, a LOT of heat and smoke is lost through the door. So much so that is changes the cooking times. For the price, that should be something that is included. A few other quirks: some of the parts were bent/damaged from shipping (the bracket for the water pan), the grease cup is…
