Perfect for Calzones! This is a CALZONE press, not dumplings, with a HUGE 2″H interior pocket space! Just what I needed!The crimping doesn’t create as nice an edge I would like, probably because pizza dough is much more elastic so doesn’t hold shape well.Wish the crimping edge had a little sharp edge like the bottom to trim access dough as it crimps.Also, it hasn’t happened yet (will update when does) but the hinges are very flimsy and I expect they will break eventually. The sides fall apart…
