I wanted an easier way to keep my smokers clean from stuck debris . I tried this it worked well for the initial first smoke, but after each use food stuck more and more. I started using non stick spray, soaking it in the sink, I bought dish washing brushes to clean stuck food before I realized what am I doing… this is not a good solution.
