Great, cheap smoker after a few mods!! This product was great after a few modifications. The thermometer was garbage and inaccurate after the first use. Replace the thermometer! I did a lot of research on this product and noticed a chief complaint was that it does not produce enough smoke. If you simply wait for the coil to heat the chips and produce smoke you will be waiting for over an hour. I fixed this by placing two pieces of charcoal in the middle of the pan.
