Contacted Masterbuilt and they’re Fed-Exing a replacement heating element and chip tray (no charge). I’ll update this after I pop the replacement in. Got my fingers crossed because I like this unit a smidge better. Update: Nope. Received the parts and the pics in the instructions correspond to the old unit.
