A very good smoker with stable temperature control I upgraded to this from a 30″ two door Masterbuilt smoker. I had great luck with it, but I found it to be too small. Finally, the temperature control required frequent adjustments during the cooking process. This smoker has resolved these issues for me. It is wide enough to fit a full rack of ribs. I had 6 racks on it this…
Looks good. Need better quality. First of all it looks great but I probably got a defective one. Mine had dents all over. I went to put the top box on the base and the back of the smoker was pushed in and wouldn’t line up. I had to take it up and take a hammer and beat it out. Now that it’s all together I had to take silicone and put in the gaps since rivets were missing. Took about two hours to put together…

I thought it would be enough space, and it is generally, but its design is not great and reduces its useful space. The thermometer for the temperature control comes out into the middle of the smoker and sits under one of the racks…
