Great product, easy to use and makes a big difference for people living in an apartment. I have used this product for fish meat and alcohol. Very easy to use and living in an apartment it is difficult to properly prepare a steak. I originally bought this product so I can smoke a steak and sous vide it. since then I have smoked home cured salmon and alcohol. It has worked great and with the addition of the dome and the flat plate it makes this product stand alone by my opinion. My only real problem with this product aside from the fact that it seems a little flimsy (which…

It was kinked from being bent so make sure there are no kinks before you use it, otherwise there will be a problem with airflow. Very easy to assemble. The two small glass jars of wood chips included will allow you to get started right away. You will need more chips right away! The instructions were straightforward.
