This thing is a BEAST. Wow! Much better than expected and significantly better than my old “jet” pot boiler in all aspects. It is much more sturdy and stable and puts out an incredible amount of heat. At the price, it is a steal and i’m considering buying a second one. Beast Mode BTU’s! This thing is a BEAST! The assembly was a breeze. The flame is clean (lots of clear and blue, very little to no yellow). If you need to boil water (oil, witches brew, whatever) right now, this is the way to do it. My first wort boil of 7.5 gallons took only minutes to bring to boil, then required a quick turn down to low to continue the boil without boiling over.
