It looks great. Assembly was unnecessarily painful. It looks great once it’s assembled.Assembly should have been a piece of cake but it turned out to be a pain. It’s only six pieces of sheet metal that you screw together with 26 nuts. No problem, right?The instructions consist of Ikea-style schematic drawings, except the steps are not ordered. I put the four-sides together first so I had a nice frame. This is a mistake because then the middle shelf can’t fit without bending and contorting the frame. I had to un-fasten…
Totally worth it! My wife and I are both tall. We love our smoker but it was pretty low for us even though one admittedly isn’t in it that often when smoking meat. That’s what originally made me hesitant to buy it – you only really have to stoop down a couple of times when cooking, we don’t use the smoker that often, and the stand is not exactly inexpensive. Well, I pulled the trigger and although it was a PITA to assemble – awkward is the best way to describe that – I’m glad we got it. It does exactly what it’s…
