I bought this as a replacement for my Mr. Heater “Big Buddy” regulator. It works, but I have to adjust it the first time each day that I light the heater. Initially, the regulator outputs so much propane that the pilot light will not remain lit. I have to turn down the regulator to light the pilot, adjust the regulator to get a pilot light flame about 1/2-inch long and then turn both burners to max output.
