This is great! I had bought a setup for frying a turkey for Thanksgiving and picked this up along the way. I fried up a turkey and the oil was still usable so I decided to try some other things since I never fry anything inside my house and the oil is expensive. I love wing chips, fries, etc. so I tried my own and experimented (practice makes perfect but they turned out great).
